Resumo: The Business Project developed a country selection framework and a go-to-market strategy for the DACH region for Nova Talent. In anticipation of an expansion into other countries, the question remained how quickly Nova should expand globally. Thus, the Work Project examines the determinants of internationalization speed of born digitals - firms that can internationalize immediately after inception and have instantaneous access to global markets. Therefore, this thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the concept of internationalization speed and its drivers. Based on this, recommendations are given to future research on born digitals and to Nova on its further expansion strategy.
