In the era of mobile devices with practically unlimited access to the internet, anytime and anywhere, music as a tool for the formation of social experience becomes omnipresent in people's daily lives, especially through music streaming. Linked to this, at present times society has become increasingly connected to social media platforms, which significantly influences the musical experience and exploration by allowing the mobilization of music as a social object. In this scenario, the music streaming service Spotify, despite being the most popular in the world, with almost half a billion users, has a very limited range of social features and an architecture that favors an individual experience. Thus, based on the human-centered design process and the design thinking approach, this project aimed to the develop a high-fidelity prototype of what would become the Spotify Community: a set of social features for the platform.
