Resumo(s)
In this paper, we can find two distinct sections. The first focused on self-discovery, emphasizing
two experiences where my actions and decisions can be used as models for personal growth
and learning more about myself. The second is an in-depth critical analysis of the HR,
Operations, and Strategy departments of a simulated company called Mercury through the eyes
of the HR director as part of this work project’s activities. As inspiration was drawn from real life car makers whose vision was similar to ours, this paper aims to try and understand the
industry and our own simulated company even further.
