| Abstract: | The present report aims to provide the reader with an insight into the Business in Practice project. Thus, it is divided into two major parts: a personal reflection where I describe and analyze two critical incidents related to the team dynamics and reflect on the lessons learned, and a sectoral analysis where I perform a deeper analysis of three of Mercury’s departments, Strategy, Operations, and Finance. Mercury is a purpose-driven virtual automotive manufacturer set to disrupt the market with its sustainable operational approach. Students oversaw a particular function where communication between them revealed to be critical through this six-year journey. |
