Resumo(s)
This paper aims to investigate the performance of JAWDA’s car manufacturer company during
its six years of transition from internal combustion to electrification and automation system.
This essay is organized in two distinct sections. The first one has the objective to analyse two
critical incidents that contributed to my personal learning. The Absence of Trust and the Art of
Listening; and Managing Conflicts, looking beneath the surface.
The second part concerns JAWDA’s firm analysis, in which will be explored the three macro functions of Strategy, Human Resources and Operations and the interdependence between
them.
