Resumo(s)
The current Work Project is part of the business plan for
TerpenOX, a biotechnology company developing a novel process
for synthesizing chemical compounds. The long-term success of
the company requires a strategy that enables it to sustain itself in
the future. This encompasses TerpenOX’s entry strategy in the
different markets, and how it will sustain its competitive
advantage. Our strategy centers around constantly building up and
protecting our Intellectual Property and licensing it to large
suppliers of compounds worldwide. We then describe our sales
process, and the importance of relationships with our counterparts.
