The business model for TerpenOX, a groundbreaking
biochemistry start-up developing a revolutionary menthol
synthesis method based on a recent scientific discovery at the
University of Vienna. In order to build a case of success, the
financials need to add up to the idea, market and strategy. In this
part of the Work Project, I will breakdown financial forecast into
revenues, cost structure, cash flow projections and yearly KPIs.
Furthermore, fundraising strategy and shareholding structure will
also be explained in detail.
