Ultimately, an AI-Copilot system is proposed to illustrate how modern technologies can advance the work of ministries, embassies, and diplomats through event evaluation. Lastly, a prototype of an AI-powered tool, named Vox Vision is introduced for the use of MNE and other public institutions .Asa by product of this thesis a National Plan of Action is developed and analyzed with a strong focus on policy measures and associated performance indicators that will help the analysis to be translated into practice and applied to the reality of the Portuguese Digital Public Diplomacy.
