Managing a business in a team-environment can be challenging, not only due to the know-how needed for every department but also because it requires self-growth and reflection for one to become the best leader. In this report two areas will be approached. A self-reflection one, where two critical incidents of a manager working in a team are analyzed and an organizational analysis tackling three specific functions: Marketing, Operations, and Innovation.
