Consulting Services Enterprises(CSE)is one of the most successful consulting companies in Portugal. CSE believes that, to remain competitive in its field, its budgetary process needed to be examined to identify inefficiencies in the current method. Thus, the purpose of this article is to identify the major gaps in the company's annual budget so that the process could be improved. As a result, several recommendations are provided in this paper, using the excel tool, to make this procedure more efficient and automated. In addition, two analyses that were deemed important to CSE's operations will be recommended.
