Associação Salvador is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusion and improving the quality of life of people with reduced mobility. The primary purpose of the research was to determine if Associação Salvador could leverage the new employment quota law to increase its social impact while ensuring financial sustainability. The purpose of this chapter was to comprehend the context of "Destino: Emprego" in light of the law. Firstly, a market analysis was conducted to identify the promising market geographical and segment opportunities. Secondly, to better understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics, a national and international benchmark analysis was performed.
