Resumo(s)

Alevì Milano is a famous Italian luxury shoe start up brand born in 2018, which in the last two years had an exponential increase in its revenues despite COVID-19 pandemic. This Work Project aims to investigate how a start up is created and what are the possible future scenarios of growth for start up brands in the luxury industry. The analysis will be focused on giving recommendations to the brand Alevì Milano. To do so, two other luxury start ups “Amina Muaddi” and “The Attico” will be analyzed as examples of successful growth strategies.
