“From idea to market –developing a business plan for a sustainable skateboard footwear company ”This Work Project is an invitation to the new world of sustainable fashion, in which a company’s entire value chain is thought out, taking shared value into consideration, making decisions not based solely on profits, but also considering social and environmental impacts. The environmental and social impact of fashion is addressed in this project through the development of a business plan of a sustainable footwear company, which considers these consequences in every aspect of the business, while also generating positive financial returns. The business plan contains four sections: opportunity, operations, roll-out, and numbers.
