This project illustrates the build-up of the start-up Rentya, a peer-to-peer renting platform for almost everything. In order to succeed under favorable market conditions, the business plan should be precise and realistic to ensure a determined and organized execution. This document gives financial guidance on the first five years of operations. Therefore, different components, such as the stuffing of employees and the expected customer development, are calculated, analyzed, and finally summarized in a profitability analysis. With the considered assumptions, Rentya requires funding in the first years before reaching break-even in year five with accelerating growth.
