Resumo(s)
This work project consists in a Private Equity Investment Thesis, for the development of the project we selected an American listed company, Malibu Boats Inc., which is specialized in the recreation al powerboat manufacturing. Throughout the thesis the company was analysed in detail as well the industry, a business plan was developed for the company focused on its growth, based on its competitive advantages. Finally, a company valuation model was developed, and several exit options we represented after the holding period.
