This paper attempts to lift the veil on the refreshing Data Analytics method sused by Brentford FC, a modest Football club based out of London, with the purpose of Outsmarting competition with bigger credentials and resources. The Bees, as they are also known for, have in the last years worked to find Undervalued players and Maximize their value both in and out of the pitch in order to incrementally increase the level of the club. With Matthew Benham as the owner, a man who made his fortune from analytical sporting gambling, the sky seems to be the limit.
