Resumo(s)

This project report analyzes the socialinitiative “MIMO” of Acembex Comércio e Serviços Lda and provides recommendations to sustain and grow the program in the future. Based on the internal and the external analysis findings, four solutions have been presented to Acembex. Two of them have been chosen as most suitable in collaboration with the company and were further developed in-depth. There fore, governance can be addressed through the implementation of CSR and a close collaboration with the Misericórdia do Porto.
