Resumo(s)

This project report analyzes the social initiative “MIMO” of Acembex Comércio e Serviços Lda and provides recommendations to sustain and grow the program in the future. Based on the findings of the internal and the external analysis, four solutions have been presented to Acembex. In collaboration with the company two of them have been chosen as most suitable and were further developed in-depth. The individual part focuses on successfully scaling the program by growing the network of partners and by finding and assessing new beneficiary organizations using the respective tools developed.
