The potential for a pivot drew investors and the public ́s attention to this centenary giant. The present case study aims to tackle the topics connected to Financial Distress, Bankruptcy, and Restructuring by focusing on :Financial Ratio Analysis, Intrinsic and Relative Valuation, and Altman Z-Score Model. Failing to innovate led Kodak to fall into turbulent times, filing for Chapter 11 at beginning of the decade, announcing a shift in its operations towards the pharmaceutical industry eight years later, and an ongoing investigation for wrongdoing are some of the main aspects analyzed throughout the case and how they impacted Kodak.
