Resumo: The London hospitality and restaurant scene has been, and still is, being challenged by theCOVID-19 pandemic and the new Brexit immigration law. This paper will investigate the business of a new food and beverage concept in the heart of London, assess its feasibility, and evaluate its financial requirements to bring this project to fruition.
