In this project it is analyzed the pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk A/S. For this purpose ,a deep and comprehensive study of its financial statements, balance sheet, pipeline, collaborations, taxes and cost of capital has been performed. The analysis undertaken has involved a comparison of Novo Nordisk A/S with its comparable peers within the pharmaceutical industry for a better acknowledgement of its current position in the market and its future development. The study of all the relevant fields at taining Novo Nordisk A/S share price and the inclusion of a sensitivity analysis, has allowed to get a reliable valuation of this stock.
