Digital innovation is reshaping behavior and expectations of fashion consumers worldwide. They demand better products and services, digital, personalized experience. Leveraging on these trends, new fashion brands are rising, exploiting new technologies and social media. Among new business models, online personal stylist service is a peculiar one. By combining multiple research techniques, this Work Project analyzes its potential in Europe. A specific brand, Lookiero, is considered, being the most relevantone in Europe. The insights collected allow us to identify implications for this business model and specifically for Lookiero. Finally, for both, we offer recommendations to expand in Southern Europe.
