Estágio curricular na administração portuária dos Portos de Setúbal e Sesimbra, S.A.

Abstract

This report seeks to be the portrait of the four months’ internship that the master student carried out, between the day 16/11/2020 and 16/03/2021, at the port administration of the ports of Setúbal and Sesimbra. The trainee was integrated into the Management of the Dominial Patrimony and the Port of Sesimbra, where the supervisor of the internship was the director. The report is divided mainly on two parts, a first phase that seeks to address to the host institution, in particular to its history, structure and area of jurisdiction, followed by a theoretical framework that serves as an introduction to the subjects developed in the following points. The second phase of the report addresses the activities developed throughout the internship, in question a theoretical work, with aquaculture as a theme, and a second practical work, which develops the delimitation of the Maritime Public Domain under the jurisdiction of APSS. S.A., both related to the application of knowledge learned in the curricular part of the internship and the knowledge obtained from the practice itself. Keywords: , , , ,,.

O seguinte Relatório de Estágio procura ser o retrato do estágio de quatro meses que o mestrando realizou, entre o dia 16/11/2020 e 16/03/2021, na Administração Portuária dos Portos de Setúbal e Sesimbra S.A. O estagiário foi integrado na Direção de Gestão do Património Dominial e do Porto de Sesimbra, da qual era Diretor o Supervisor do estágio. O Relatório divide-se maioritariamente em duas partes, uma primeira fase em que se procura debruçar sobre a instituição de acolhimento nomeadamente a sua história, estrutura e área de jurisdição, seguida de um enquadramento teórico que serve como introdução para as matérias desenvolvidas nos pontos seguintes. A segunda fase do relatório aborda as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, em causa um trabalho teórico, com a aquicultura como tema, e um segundo de vertente prática, onde se desenvolve a delimitação do Domínio Público Marítimo sobre jurisdição da APSS. S.A., ambos enquadrados com a aplicação de conhecimentos adquiridos na parte curricular do estágio e aquisição de outros provenientes da própria prática.
