The following work is a private equity-based investment thesis on Quadpack, a Spanish-based cosmestic packaging manufacturer and distributor, divided in to two sections: a group part and an individual part. The former develops a leverage-buy out approach to the company, analysing market environment and company fundamentals, and proposing and detailing value creation and exit strategies that will boost growth and generate returns. The latter delves further in to market research, explaining drivers and trends that support the entry, and presenting a five forces framework to better understanding industry dynamics.
