This report contains the description and analysis of a valuation completed for Intercontinental Hotel Group plc (IHG:US), one of the world’s leading hotel companies. This study was completed by reviewing multiple factors that could potentially change the company’s overall value, which includes company-specific, macroeconomic, and industry factors. Additional sensitivity and scenario analyses were conducted to consider all possibilities of the uncertain future, specifically in the times of Covid-19. Ultimately, a target share price of $68.64was computed for FY22, which leads to the recommendation for investors to hold their positions in IHG Hotel & Resorts.
