This research project represents a proposal for the internationalization of the Portuguese company Por Sabores, which operates in the sector of wholesale and retail food products in specialized establishments, to the Swiss market, more precisely Zurich. First, the company is presented, and then the opportunities for optimization and growth of the company before entering the new market are analyzed. After the logistical restructuring, an in-depth analysis of the country selection follows, and finally, the project implementation plan is built, and its viability in financial terms is scrutinized, culminating in recommendations for the company.
