Fundraising one-off donations is a difficult task that all non-profits face, but almost none have perfected. UNICEF Portugal is no different, with current strategies failing to meet the standards required by Portuguese donors. UNICEF Portugal is now attempting to build that strategy from scratch, with hope to capture higher portions of a market that has mostly been ignored. This Work Project examines the intricate relationship between donors and organizations in the CASH channel and aims to analyze how this channel can be modified to fit modern day standards, to harness sophisticated donor relationships, and ultimately stipulate more donations.
