The following thesis will focus on the general topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main purpose of this work is to investigate how generally AI is being implemented and developed in modern times. As banks process almost all individuals’ purchases, these can analyse those and know their customers better to deliver them a powerful experience. This research aims to access the current impact of AI in banking and the consequences of it, and how banks benefit now and then. Banks will use AI to deliver fully personalized experiences and to perform their operations with more efficiency.
