The aim of this consulting project is to find the best strategy for Macanese Casino Hotels to respond to a pandemic crisis like Covid-19. As such, the industry segmented in three–Hotels, Casino Hotels and Integrated Casino Resorts–and data from are presentative hotel from the mentioned segment is analyzed to set response plan for that segment. To prepare the response plan three scenarios–Operating normally, Joining a designated hotel quarantine list ,and Joining an optional hotel quarantine list–are planned and analyzed considering the pandemic and the Macau’s SAR relevant restrictions .Results suggest that Casino Hotels should operate normally.
