Resumo(s)
This work “User experiences in mobility and their role as a competitive differentiator for the mobility of the future” contributes to clarifying the understanding of user experience in the context of mobility. Through six semi-structured interviews for data collection and analysis, the work identifies five key elements for the creation of user experiences in mobility: value creation, characteristics, latest technologies, integrations and partnerships and viable business model. Moreover, the findings of this work determine user experiences as a competitive differentiator for the establishment and success of key trends and their technologies inthe mobility of the future.
