Consulting Services Enterprises(CSE)is one of the most successful consulting companies in Portugal. CSE believes that, to remain competitive in its field, its budgetary process needed to be examined to identify inefficiencies in the current method. Thus, the purpose of this article is to identify the major gaps in the company's annual budget so that the process could be improved. The implementation of a system to aid in the procedure of cost imputation is a crucial step to assure the improvement of CSE’s budgetary process. This section will elaborate on a system proposed to improve this issue.
