Amorim Sports’ is a new business-to-business company from Amorim Cork Composites which specializes in sustainable and high-performance sports surfaces solutions, infills and shock pads made from cork or cork composites intended for use in sports systems. This report aims at examining how to position Amorim Sports as the recognized leader in sustainable and high-performance solutions for the turf sports fields, analyzing the worldwide market environment in which the company is involved. Hence, the Work Project presents a strategic marketing plan and an integrated marketing communication plan for the brand to achieve this challenge.
