Healthcare systems worldwide need to improve health outcomes while reducing costs. Increasing demand for chronic disease management, such as pulmonary disease, is driving digital transformation in healthcare. The Kata®️inhalation app aims to improve patients' inhalation techniques through a data-based algorithm .An interdisciplinary team using agile methods develops Kata®️. This study investigates collaboration based on the Olsons’ (2000) collaboration framework and provides recommendations to overcome challenges by conducting interviews with team members.
