ARIA Jardins was founded in 2005, currently employing 15 gardeners with mental health issues. Services are mainly maintenance and provided in the Lisbon area. Major pain points that can be identified are human resource inefficiencies and financial unsustainability. Implementing a trampoline model, ARIA Jardins will experience cost savings and improve the overall team stability and performance. A STP model based on clients’ willingness to pay reveals that AJ should target Associations, Elder/Youth care institutions and Private enterprises. An internship position would improve cost control and client management. ARIA Jardins can expect to increase its Net Income between €61k and€91k.
