This study examines how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance is related to a firm's financial performance. The relationship between sustainable corporate practices and financial performance has received growing attention in research. Nevertheless, a consensus is still not found. This study investigates the empirical relationship between Bloomberg Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Disclosure Score and profitability of FTSE Mib firms with in five years of data from 2015 and 2019.Corporate financial performance (CFP) has been measured with ROA, ROE, and Net Margin profitability indicators.
