Resumo(s)
The purpose of this paper is to provide a guideline of critical success practices for companies looking to empower their remote workforce during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research will explore current literature around Telework and Employee Empowerment, and provide suggestions in three key areas: Ageism, Work-life balance, and Goal Internalization. Using a qualitative approach this paper adds to the limited literature investigating the correlation between the two subjects and provide points for further research.
