The last one has always been seen in a different way, especially among peers, due to the characteristics that are inherent to the themes addressed and the way it is done. The present study was carried out based on a curricular internship at zerozero, an online sports journal, for four months, and aims to understand the characteristics of the content produced by a media specialized in the field of Sport, trying to understand if it is far from the one produced in other editorials and something like entertainment or if it maintains, in general, characteristics similar to its peers. The methodology used combined a content analysis to the most read articles by the public during the internship, as well as to the audio and multimedia content produced, combined with an exploratory interview. The results show that, in general, sports journalism follows the same characteristics as that produced in other areas, always based on the subjects addressed and varying according to the format in which it is presented.
