This module of the working project contemplates a deep analysis to assess the financial attractiveness if the endeavor to build the first luxury addiction treatment center in Portugal moves forward. The outcomes of this module are a combination of financial frameworks, including a cost structure, a financing model, an income statement, and a projection of levered and unlevered cash flows. A thorough analysis on the return rates for all the stakeholders was made, concluding the project is profitable and yields substantially returns for the investors, and that it contributes to amore circular economy, by lowering A Barragem’s dependency on state subsidies.
