Royal Dutch Shell is a “big oil” company, composed of three segments operating in the entire industry spectrum. Shell faces major risks over demand and supply shocks, including the COVID19 crisis, OPEC supply changes and environmental concern. While transitioning towards cleaner energies, it is expected that the company compensates losses in one segment through others, subject to changes in product prices driven by a changing demand.
