This paper presents a technology state of the art as well as an overview of the most innovative business cases that Axians can look to as inspiration. This text was conceived as part of a bigger project carried out by NOVA SBE’s students whose work is supported in the following pages, ensuring the technical feasibility of the proposals for the development of the Data Product “Customer Brand Engagement”. During the research, the technologies’ limitations are pointed out suggesting what metrics the Dashboard (that Axians Business Customers will use)should show to help model users’ interests.
