Teleworking is now one of those practices that are increasingly present in Startups. Allowing staff to work from home is often linked to many advantages in terms of the well-being and productivity of employees. However, it sometimes impose so ther more questions about the difficulties of putting it into practice and its implementation within the startup’s organization. Recently, the health crisis due to covid-19 has forced most startups in Tunisia to work in this wayfull-time. This research will discuss the status of teleworking after the pandemic, according to the Tunisian startups.
