Resumo(s)
This chapter aims to provide CECD with a holistic overview of the organization by analysing four dimensions including: beneficiaries’, former beneficiaries’, employees’ and financials’ perspective. The approach looks at the organization as a whole by allowing to maintain a vision that includes all areas that affect CECD financial sustainability. The holistic overview is supported by a clear methodology, named balanced scorecard, that aims to identify and address the organization’s current challenges with measurable SMART metrics in the form of Key performance indicators(KPIs). Recommendations on how to improve each KPI’s within the balanced scorecard are provided.
