Resumo(s)
This project presents an overview of CECD –Centro de Educação para o Cidadão com Deficiência –to conduct a preliminary diagnostic on the organization regarding its structure, the impact generated, and financial healthiness. A study was conducted relying on primary data collected through original research (e.g., online surveys and interviews), and client information(e.g., surveys, annual reports, and financial statements). Additionally, secondary data was used from reports, and articles concerning scientific frameworks and information. The study concludes with a scope of the project, outlining an in-depth further analysis of the organization, as well a of the Laundry and Plant Nursery businesses.
