This work project’smain objective is to help the restaurant of a social organization to improve its performance. To understand in detail the main pain points and collect data, some interviews and surveys were conducted, as well as financial statements analysed. Two areas of improvement were identified: gross margins bellow industry standards and potential revenue streams not being explored. The outcomes are: if the restaurant implements food cost control practices, increases its prices, grows its external client base, implements a home delivery service and expands the catering service, it can expect to increase its Net Income between €50Kand€64K.
