Graduation rates are one of the most important tools to measure the teaching quality and education al prowess of universities. It is also an important influencing factor for various aspects of talent training in the actual teaching and management process of higher education. This paper conducts multiple linear regression analysis and research on Masterās in business programs. The purpose is to analyse the impact of the nature and the admission criteria of institution on student graduation, and strive to find a reasonable solution to increase the graduation rate of universities, thereby strengthening the quality of college education and teaching.
