The project focuses on the strategic assessment of the potential value for insurer sincy berrisk and the development of a comprehensive and successful value proposition for Ageas in this market. To fulfil these objectives, external and internal analyses were conducted, to identify opportunities and threats of the cyber insurance market and Ageas’ strengths and challenges to enter in it. After wards, profitability indicators (market size and claims ratio) were measured to understand the potential for Ageas in this market.
