The project focuses on the strategic assessment of the potential value for in surersincy berrisk and the development of a comprehensive and successful value proposition for Ageas in this market. To fulfil these objectives, external and internal analyses were conducted, to identify opportunities and threats of the cyber insurance market and Ageas’s trengths and challenges to enter in it. Afterwards, profitability indicators (market size and claims ratio) were measured to understand the potential for Ageas in this market. The team proceeded by formulating hypotheses and testing them through industry experts' interviews, customer in-depth interviews and surveys.
