This project focuses on the restaurants ́adaptations to the Online Food Delivery channel, forced by the Covid-19 pandemic. In the context of a work experience at Uber Eats, some research questions related to this industry emerged .There fore, relevant information was gathered, through the conduction of interviews to both restaurants from multiple Portuguese cities and some of Uber Eats ́ top Managers. As a result of this research, it was possible tohighlightdiversepatternsassociatedtotherestaurant’smanagementstructures,guidelinesandchallenges that directly impact Uber Eats‘ competitive advantage and opportunities that were accelerated by this pandemic.
