O presente relatório de estágio consiste na descrição do trabalho realizado junto da equipa de som do São Luiz Teatro Municipal, na produção áudio ao vivo em diversos espetáculos realizados no espaço, com a duração de 400 horas, realizado entre outubro de 2020 e janeiro de 2021. Durante este período, procurou-se compreender a metodologia e recursos de trabalho por parte da equipa técnica, desempenhando a função de técnico de som assistente no referido espaço, como operador de mesa, assistente de palco, assistente de mesa e assistente nas montagens de espetáculos, integrando assim as várias fases de um espetáculo, desde a preparação e montagem até ao seu rescaldo. Perante a programação artística variada que espaços culturais acolhem, a componente da produção áudio prepara-se para adaptar às necessidades artísticas do espetáculo, como o desenho sonoro do mesmo, a sonoplastia de peças teatrais, a complexidade técnica da programação áudio e a adaptação ao espaço em questão. Com isto, uma equipa de produção áudio prepara-se para criar estes ambientes artísticos sonoros, colocando-se a questão de como decorre o seu trabalho, ao nível de
equipamento a utilizar e também o método de trabalho e funções, consoante as diferentes fases integrantes de um espetáculo ao vivo. O relatório que se segue está divido em duas secções principais. A primeira, uma
secção mais teórica sobre o tema em questão e as problemáticas envolventes, com uma revisão bibliográfica. A segunda consiste na descrição das atividades desenvolvidas durante este estágio, em detalhe, nas várias funções desempenhadas por um técnico de som em espetáculos ao vivo, acompanhada por uma série de figuras e anexos.
This internship report consists of a description of the work carried out with the audio production team of the São Luiz Teatro Municipal, in live audio production in various shows held in this cultural space, with the duration of 400 hours, carried out between October 2020 and January 2021. During this period, the main focus was to understand and explore the methodology and work resources on the part of the technical team, thus performing the function of assistant sound technician, as mixer operator, stage assistant, mixer assistant and assistant in the assembly of shows, thus integrating the various phases of a show, from preparation and assembly to its aftermath. In view of a varied artistic programming that cultural spaces welcome, the audio production component has to be prepared to adapt to the artistic needs of the show, such as the sound design of the show, the technical complexity of the audio programming and the adaptation to the space in question. With this, an audio production team is prepared to create these sound artistic environments, leading to the question of how their work develops, in terms of the equipment to be used and also the work method and functions, depending on the different integrating phases of a live show. The report that follows is divided into two main sections. The first, a more theoretical section on the topic in question and the surrounding issues, with a bibliographic review. The second consists of a description of the activities developed during this internship, in detail, in the various functions performed by a sound technician in live shows, accompanied by a series of figures and annexes.
