The artificial intelligence skyrocketing, impacting numerous industries such as the healthcare sector, which has been particularly affected by computer vision algorithms and cloud-computing. This sector has also experienced a great increase in demand due to population ageing in developed and some emerging countries. The present work project comprises the development of a business plan, detailing how the business will operate, benefiting from artificial intelligence tools. The project consists of the External Environment, which is a key factor in the strategy formulation providing insights that support the business, Strategy Formulation that facilitates achievement of defined goals, and Action Plan, which is paramount for strategic planning and implementation plan.
